This position on the att.com team manages the emerging use of videos and other tools to provide self-help across the AT&T product line.
Position will lead the design, development, release, and maintenance of visual web-based self-help to support the company's self help and service business strategies along with other cross functional responsibilities.
Position is responsible for driving a significant increase in channel share through effective use of video, flash and other support tools.
This manager will be responsible for the overall effectiveness of videos and self paced tutorials along with other support interactions that impact the customer experience.
Manager will be required to work closely with Care and with Product Management teams to identify and deliver improvements in self-help videos and tutorials.
Position requires data analysis skills to evaluate online self-help opportunities using different metrics tools to track usage/traffic patterns to recognize trends and opportunities to help formulate effective web strategies with rich media and other support tools.
Responsible for scoping projects, gaining consensus from internal teams, and managing vendor teams when applicable for self-help projects.
Must be familiar with and apply common user interface standards, usability guidelines, and web and video design concepts to the help site.
Position is responsible for the management and publishing of support videos and tutorials and other interactive support tools used throughout the site.
Position manages the budget tracking and payments for the contractors and vendor partners.
QualificationsBachelor degree required.
MBA preferred.
Internet, IPTV, or Wireless industry experience preferred.
Highly analytical thinker needed with significant experience performing complex analysis using advanced MS Excel.
5+ years of customer care, technical support, or internet marketing experience required.
Multiple years of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Visio, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project).
Specific experience writing customer facing web content or training materials, business requirements and business cases required.
Solid communication and presentation skills needed.
Ability to prepare concise PowerPoint presentations for leadership team.
Must have a thorough understanding of modern web technologies and concepts including: social networking, CRM systems, content management systems, video formats, personalization, profiling, customer segmentation, search engine marketing, multivariate testing and conversion optimization.
Experience with creating and documenting troubleshooting processes.
Ability to effectively multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
