Director, Transducer Engineering Responsibilities: .
Lead transducer engineering teams in multiple locations to deliver new transducers from concept to product and to sustain existing transducers.
Develop and realize transducer roadmap to extend Siemens' leadership in 1D, 2D and advanced transducers.
Build up transducer technology competencies and team efficiencies across global transducer locations.
Prioritize customer needs and deliver improvements in imaging performance, quality, and cost across the transducer portfolio.
Key Qualifications: .
Advanced degree in engineering or physics.
8+ years of ultrasound experience related to transducer engineering development and associated clinical applications.
Track record of creating and delivering innovative solutions to product.
5+ years of management and leadership experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Additional Information: Travel Percentage: 20%
