Sr. User Experience (UX) Design Lead Job in San Jose 95101, California US
Sr. UX Design Lead Responsible for the holistic user centric product-service experience for Panasonic's Internet Connected CE product offering.
Act as the voice of the consumer from a product-services design, interaction, and usability point of view.
Interact with marketing, engineering, content services partners, and creative design areas to ensure user centric design principles and requirements are adhered to. Design and administer product-services consumer focus usability studies as appropriate for the program to define, design iterate, and detail user centric product-services needs and requirements.
College Degree or equivalent with an emphasis on User Centric design.
5 to 7 years in a user centric design role.
Knowledgeable of User Centric Design principles; Empathic, Contextual, Action, Interaction, Usability Demonstrate the ability to develop and execute a User Centric Driven Product process.
Experience in designing and executing user centric consumer research Excellent people skills; written and verbal.
Experience with products encompassing Hardware, Software User Interface, and Software Applications & Services a plus.
External partner facing experience a plus.
Additional Information: Travel Percentage: 5%
