At Coach you will be in great company! Primary Purpose: The Senior Director Direct Marketing & CRM Systems will partner with the Marketing, Global Web and Strategic Planning business units to help design, build and support applications to meet their business requirements.

This individual will have a strong Marketing and CRM understanding and will be responsible in developing a IS Marketing Strategy in line with the business needs, based on past experiences and industry best practices.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Direct Marketing & CRM Systems to: Identify and deploy newer technology to help business productivityWork closely with the key business partners and the VP of Retail & CRM Systems to develop the IS roadmap for this areaPartner with business to gather, document and prioritize business requirements to support system needs of the direct marketing and strategic planning teamsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with the business stakeholdersProject Management responsibilities for all technology projects in the direct marketing and strategic planning area.

This includes developing project plans, tracking deliverables, staffing/managing projects with diverse skill sets, facilitating communication between all groups involved, prioritizing work and ensuring projects are delivered on time and budgetPlan and manage the technology budget (expense and capital) supporting this areaResponsible for supporting the following technology initiatives Clienteling tools, Email marketing enhancements, Customer database, Analytical tools (like SPSS), Online Preference Center, etc.An outstanding professional will have.

Strong collaboration with the direct marketing, global web and strategic planning business units Communicate status/progress and issues to Business executives, End-users and IS managementThe accomplished individual will possessBachelors degree12+ years of overall experience with 7-8 years Marketing and CRM system experienceStrong marketing and CRM understanding is requiredGlobal experience is a strong plus Experience working and supporting a customer database.
