Sr. Recruiter/Sourcer in the Greater Los Angeles CA area neededBeeline provides HR consulting services and specialize in recruiting solutions for Fortune 500 companies.
Our main service offering is on-site full-lifecycle recruiting support.
Currently we have a need for a Sr. Recruiter/Sourcer in the Greater Los Angeles CA area, with at least 5 years of recruiting experience.
Description: Contractor will be responsible for helping to put in place and execute on plans in support of college hiring initiatives.
Will also be responsible for regular recruiting duties such as; sourcing, posting, scheduling, requisition data entry, and any extra reporting.
Must be a strong sourcer and be very well organized and willing to help out in any given area of the recruiting process.
Contract Recruiter will work closely with the assigned business unit Recruiter to execute on hiring goals.
Contract Recruiter Qualifications: BA/BS degree required.
5 + years corporate recruiting experience in a very fast paced, environment.
Knowledge of EEO, ADA and employment laws.
Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
Ideal candidate will possess high energy, be highly motivated and self directed.
Experience with BrassRing ATS Required.
