Global Operations & Supply ChainJob Description
Work with supply chain leaders and business leaders in the development and agreement of the industrial supply chain strategy
Assess industrial supply chain related opportunities for EBITA improvement, diagnose the root cause, propose major change to address the root cause
Manage the development of business cases for industrial supply chain performance improvement and change
Manage programs driving the implementation of the industrial supply chain strategy
Maintain WW reporting, with the transPHorm program management office, related to savings objectives, investment goals, etc.
Work with individual project managers to guarantee delivery of their results, ie training, mentoring, project reviews, technical analysis
Drive identification & reduction in supply chain cost of non quality (CONQ)
Analyse & support optimization of supply chain overhead
Support Philips Healthcare supply chain Lean Six Sigma implementation
Drive consolidation towards harmonized supply chain process models
Drive a common process for implementing & managing outsourced supply chain elements
Lead benchmarking projects within the context of the industrial supply chain
Lead special projects as required from time to timeRequirements
MBA, General Management, 10 years+ experience
International Supply Chain knowledge, ie technical processes, manufacturing, distribution, inventory management, 3rd party sourcing and management, Q&R, Quality Assurance, and reverse logistics
Program Management experience with large WW programs
Demonstrated ability to influence key constituents, ie Functional VPs, Directors, SC Operations Managers, and functional experts
Technical knowledge to evaluate and diagnoseSC opportunities resulting in positive impact to EBITA and Balance Sheet
Ability to travel up to 40%Job ID: 62913.
