Sr. PHP, Drupal Developer Job in New York 10018, New York US
Our client is a growing media firm located in Midtown Manhattan and is looking for a Lead PHP Developer with heavy Drupal experience.
The Lead Developer will be responsible for full life-cycle development including requirements gathering and analysis, design, and development.
In addition, the Lead Developer must mentor Junior Developers and contribute to researching new technologies and methodologies.
Qualified candidates will have the following: Proficiency in LAMP development (Linux, Apache, PHP 5, MySQL)Deep knowledge and experience with Drupal 5/6OOP, cachingAJAX, Javasript, XMLExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBSCS or equivalent This is a hands-on, team lead role, so successful applicants should be comfortable leading technical projects.
