COMSYS, a Manpower company has a great opportunity for a Sr. Lotus Notes Engineer for a long term contract in Houston, TX.Responsibilities/Requirements: Lotus Notes \ Domino version R6 and/or R7, R8Lotus Sametime version 65xBlackBerry Enterprise Server or BES version 41xLotus Enterprise Integrator or LEI version 65xLotus Domino SAP ConnectorBrightMail AntiSpamSymantec AntivirusMicrosoft 2003 ServerMicrosoft Windows XPSkills should include the ability to work with: * VIP users* Internal and external facing customers* Third party vendors and support eg IBM, RIM, Microsoft etc.Technical skills should include the ability to: * Thoroughly document procedures and best practices for technical as well as general consumption.
* Maintain servers and services according to best practices and SLAs where applicable.
* Troubleshoot issues using all of the various and sundry tools at their disposal eg upper level support, third party vendors, peers etc.* Take direction from IT and business management* Work with peers and management on various projects and issues.
* Understand trouble ticketing and change management.
* Provide basic to advanced training for customers and technical staff.
Must be a US Citizen or Valid greencard holder.
