Sr. Java Developer for Electronic Trading firm Job in New York 10018, New York US
My client is one of the leading electronic trading firms in Midtown Manhattan and they are currently seeking a Senior Java developer.
The primary role of this position is to support and enhance their real-time trading application.
This includes creating new screens, supporting new products, enhancing existing products, optimizing and reviewing existing code, etc. Requirements: Strong server side experience BEA Weblogic version 8 or higher (this is a must! Not a Plus!)Experience with both Core Java multithreading as well as J2EE EJB, JSP's, and ServletsExperience with JMS, MDBs, SOAP, web services, and real-time data feeds Financial industry experience is preferred.
