Sr. Financial Analyst Job in summit 60501, Illinois US
Our client is a multi billion dollar manufacturer, state of the art SAP platform, and has outstanding benefits such as 401K; tuition reimbursement and a very good health insurance plan should the position move to a permanent status.
At this point the assignment would be 3-6 months in duration with permanent potential for the right candidate.
The ideal salary range is $75K to $85K should the position become a permanent role.
Pay on the contract side would be between $32/hour-$40/hour based on experience.
The qualified candidate would have manufacturing background, strong cost accounting and inventory forecasting experience.
Here are some details: Looking for someone with 7+ years of manufacturing.
Experience creating budgets and forecasts of inventory costs and gross margin and understanding what should go into this type of budget.
Financial analysis, inventory analysis, and inventory profit margin analysis.
Has the ability to do the analysis required in developing a proper forecast and budget, particularly as it relates to inventory.
Will be manipulating and moving lots of information from SAP to excel to create budgets and forecasts SAP or similar ERP experience Need intermediate to expert level Excel skills along with strong MS Access.
Individual must have accounting/finance degree, minimum 7+ years manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of full absorption costing.
Therefore has calculated and developed cost standards as they relate to direct materials, labor and both variable and fixed manufacturing overhead.
Calculating changes in inventory via LIFO and variance analysis.
