***Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt***Title: Senior Business Process EngineerDescription: This role is directly responsible for accelerating business process improvement in the global commercial regionsThis role serves as a hands-on analytical point and works with the regions to identify and facilitate the simplification and optimization of business processesThe BPE is responsible for understanding each regional areas business strategy, objectives and constraintsThe BPE helps develop and deliver the curriculum that drives behavioral transformation leading the organizations to a unified approachThis individual is also responsible for the knowledge transfer needed to help global commercial teams adopt and become proficient in process improvement techniques and methodologiesSome international travel might be requiredRequired Skills: Working with international and domestic teamsInfluencing change across broad cross-sections of an organizationSuperior communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsExcellent time management and organizing skillsStrong competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc)Bachelors Degree is requiredCertified Lean Six Sigma Master Black BeltCombined 10 years of Lean & Six Sigma experienceMinimum of 5 years in process documentationMinimum of 2-3 years in Lean deployment***If interested, please email your resume to michelle.o [at] comsys [dot] com***
