Modis is seeking an experienced .NET Developer for one of their clients: Our Client, located in Philadelphia, PA is the leader in their Industry.
The client is seeking a .NE Developer with the following experience and credentials: Our client has a team composed of motivated, high achievers committed to delivering innovative products and unsurpassed service.
The position for the ideal candidate is on a 3-6 month Contract-to-hire or direct-hire.
Responsibilities include: - Design, develop, and modify Microsoft ASP.NET/C# applications, .NET components, and Web Services- Design, develop, and maintain SQL database schemas and scripts, including views, triggers and stored procedures.
- Create technical documentation such as design documents, specifications, software architecture documents, and instructions - Analyze design and architectural issues and questions - Create UI friendly designs for web development Required Experience & Skills¼ 3 or more years in Software Development - large scale enterprise B2B projects experience preferred.
¼ Excellent knowledge of C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework, Web Services, Enterprise Services, SQL Reporting Services and ASP.NET.¼ Strong knowledge of technologies including AJAX, Silverlight, and Flash¼ Strong knowledge of IIS, SOA, XML, and Team Foundation Server¼ Object oriented design experience using structured methods such as design patterns and OO modeling methodologies.
¼ Experience creating secure web-based applications.
¼ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field ¼ Certification: MCSD or MCAD Certification Preferred.
