Job Title: Programming/Systems Analysis Production SupportProject: Code Card system and Policy Tracking systemJob Type: ContractLocation: Des Moines, IA (Local Candidates ONLY!!!)Short Description: **Would like the candidate to be local to Des Moines due to longevity of project**- Mandated coding changes.
- Modify code based on specs given to them.
- All changes will be unit tested, system and released tested.
- Deliver changes in a timely manner.
Complete Description: Production support activies for the Code Cards and Policy Tracking systems.
This may include assisting in the rewrite of the Policy Tracking system- With full competency, devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
- Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents those programs.
- Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities.
Behavior Characteristics: - Six years of experience in programming and systems analysis.
- Project management experience is preferred.
