We are constantly looking for top talent to help deliver innovative, configured solutions to our global client base.To this end, we are currently seeking a skilled Solutions Support Engineer to support post-implementation Vendor Management Software (VMS).
If you are a HR Systems expert with the ability to develop, test, and present solutions to our clients, we would welcome the opportunity to review your credentials.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSServes as the main liaison to Adeccos VMS partners.
Defines, documents and maintains system workflow and feature standards.
Identifies, designs, and improves existing and new process standards and workflows for application usage.
Identifies and provides suggestions for improved system efficiencies to management for review and consideration Oversees and manages all VMS software upgrades and releases.
Organizes and communicates current and future process standards, software upgrades, best practices, feature standards and guidelines to internal customers.
Communicates prioritizes and tracks, all internal & external change order/customization requests to VMS technology vendors.
Position Requirements5-6 years of experience in process design and/or project management In-depth knowledge of HR Systems (ATS, HRIS, VMS).
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues within various platforms.
Sound understanding of contingent labor as applied to Master Vendor and/or Managed Services Programs.
Experience with Fieldglass is strongly preferred.
Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
