Potero Solar Division designs, markets, and installs solar electric energy systems for homeowners and businesses through-out Southern California.
We are currently recruiting top performing Residential Sales talent for our Orange County, LA and Santa Ana sales divisions.
This position is for experienced full-time residential and sales consultants, implementing our well established sales and marketing strategy.
Earnings are not capped.

A strong closerA successful candidate for this role will have the following essential qualifications .

A minimum of three (3) years experience in sales
Excellent business writing, communication, and presentation skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Good instinct for client need, with advanced listening skills
Ability to direct and control client meetings
Ability to meet and exceed sales objectives
Ability to quickly establish himself/herself with a client as a competent professional
Ability to use Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel, web based tools and CRMs Experience in Solar PV sales and or related field preferred.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities .

Maintain high level of proactive, consultative out-bound client contact.
Work closely with new clients to educate them on our products.
This includes, site visits, presentations, and follow up on all client related issues.
Act as an integral part of all client implementations to ensure proper set up and help deliver on expectations set at signing.
Listen effectively to customer requests and objections and successfully overcome to close and/or set up sales opportunities.
Effectively deliver custom presentations as they apply to the clients pain-points and needs and ensure the Potero Solar Division value proposition is communicated.
Ultimately always re-selling the value of any given solution the client currently subscribes to.
Effectively document and manage sales activities, presentations, client meetings, prospecting, etc. through Salesforce.com for weekly review.
Compensation packages will vary, depending on experience including salary, draw, commission, and allowances, DOE. No Phone Calls please.
