Outline the day to day responsibilities of the position: Implement presentation tier application logic Maintain highly usable interface patterns Ensure standards compliance with internet best practices Perform cross platform compatibility analysis Ensure highly accessible web output, and support localization of content Must HavesExperience in web design/development Strong understanding of web standards such as CSS, XHTML, JavaScript and XML Effective demonstration leveraging AJAX technologies, preferably ASP.NET AJAX Fluent in ASP.NET, C# and SQL languagesIntroductory knowledge of LINQ and DBML architectureStrong understanding of N-Tier development and SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) Experience with versioning system, preferably Team Foundation Server Experience with unit testing, test driven development, and automated builds
