Software Engineer - Microsoft .NET, C# Job in Portsmouth 03801, New Hampshire US

We are seeking a highly competent individual to join us as a Software Engineer in our Consulting Services group.In this role, you'll work on a small, efficient team to build reports using both object-oriented reporting tools and database reporting tools.
In addition youll build add-ins using Microsoft .
NET/C# that extend our software products.
Youll be challenged every day with new problems to solve working in this dynamic environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Creating and modifying custom and standard reports using .
NET/C# object-oriented reporting tools.
Creating and modifying custom and standard reports using database reporting tools.
Creating and modifying custom and standard add-ins using .NET/C#. Creating and modifying internal tools using .NET/C#. Creating and updating functional specifications documenting the behavior of add-ins.
Troubleshooting and fixing bugs in reports and add-ins.
Testing work done by others to detect and report defects.
Assisting other members of our product teams on an as-needed basis.
Requirements: 4-year degree in a field suitable to the role Minimum 2 years experience writing C#, Java, C++ or other object-oriented code, which may include school experience Minimum 2 years experience with Transact-SQL or other similar SQL dialect.
