Position Description: Software development manager to manage a team of experienced NAS Software development engineers.
This job requires hands-on involvement in technical decisions and helping in enhancing the infrastructure needed for the team.
This job requires high level of customer interaction to negotiate customer requested features, ensuring that committed features are implemented and participating in customer calls for critical issues.

Bachelor or Master Level in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
10+ years of industry experience in Software development with 1-2 years of management experience in software development area.
Knowledge of Embedded and kernel level software developmentThorough knowledge of complete software development life cycleExperience in C programmingExperience with Project Management Tools and MethodologiesExperience in storage and NAS industryExperience file system technologiesStrong Linux and Unix knowledge and development background.
