Social Worker Supervisor-LICSW Job in Boston 02122, Massachusetts US
The Social Worker Supervisor provides supervision to the Social Workers at the Elder Service Plan in the Adult Day Health Center.
Duties include managing functions of the social work department including establishing and updating caseloads, reviewing Social Workers documentation, maintaining own caseload which consists of performing assessments, counseling ESP participants, family/caregivers and providing case management, assisting in hiring, performance evaluations, competencies, disciplinary actions and budgetary issues, participating in the ESP Interdisciplinary team and providing clinical supervision for Social Workers for maintaining their current license or advancing with their licensure status.
Qualifications: Current Massachusetts LICSW license, 5 Years experience to include 2 years clinical supervisory experience, 2 years experience providing therapy in individual, family or group modalities and 1 year experience working with elderly and disabled populations.
