Social Worker Job in Junction City 66441, Kansas US

The Social Worker is responsible for developing and implementing follow-up services at the Junction City CBOCs.
Duties include but are not limited to: responsible for developing and implementing psychiatric follow-up services to eligible veterans and their family members; responsible for development, maintenance, adaptation and evaluation of patients; completes bio-psychosocial assessments; provides clinical consultation; provides individual, group, and family therapy and case management; locates and coordinates referrals to appropriate community resources; provides clinical consultation to identify social,cultural, and ethnic factors necessary for optimal functioning; participates in program planning addressing the needs of complex medical and social problems of continuity of care patients and identifies program deficiencies and takes corrective actions.
PREFERANCE: Candidate(s) who are licensed or certified by a state to independently practice social work at the advanced masters degree levelApplications will be accepted from United States citizens and nationals.
