SOCIAL SERVICE MANAGER PACE Center for Girls, Lakeland, FL. PACE is a non-residential delinquency prevention program with 17 locations throughout the state of Florida, targeting the unique needs of females age 12 t
18. Our mission is simple - to provide girls and young women an opportunity for a better future through education, counseling, training and advocacy.
The ideal candidate must be mission focused and have MA Social Work, Administration, or a related field.
Duties: manage the social service staff and provide administrative oversight of the day-to-day therapeutic service.
Minimum 3 years exp. in social service environment, at-risk youth experience preferred.
