Siebel Call Center Analyst Job in Chicago, Illinois US
We are looking for a CRM / ERP Analyst for a 4+ month project with our client located in Chicago, IL. Please NO THIRD PARTIES! Position Description: · Responsible for configuring objects to support requested Business Functionality according to development standards.
· Responsible for creating all required Solution Delivery Methodology (SDM) documentation including: o Requirements documentationo unit test caseso code and construction documentso code walkthrough documentationo load and performance testing; and user acceptance testing· Responsible for resolution of application defects · Maintaining and expanding current functionality · Application Release Planning · Requirements gathering/discovery· Participate in Testing Teams for unit testing, system testing, and load and performance testing Skills Required: Experience with implementing full system development life cycle Siebel projects.
Extensive knowledge of Siebel Call Center and Contact Management functionality.Can gather and develop business and system requirements, use cases, and MS Visio process flows with limited or no supervision.The ability to successfully facilitate discovery and JAD work sessions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and issue resolution skills are mandatory.
Experience in the Healthcare and Insurance industry is preferable.
Candidate will be working in a highly diverse, fast-paced environment.
Some travel may be required.

Solving IT matches 50% of the employee's contribution up until the employee has contributed 6% of gross salary.
