Shipping Department Lead Job in Memphis 38141, Tennessee US
Summary: Coordinate activities of workers concerned with picking product and preparing it for shipping both nationally and internationally Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist Shipping Supervisor by identifying work procedures and expedite workflowExamine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and proceduresMonitor and update procedures into improve efficiency of workers.
Ensure correct shipment of all customer ordersAssist in monitoring pickers and packers productivityAssist employees with work process problemsQualification/Requirements: High School Diploma required; post secondary degree preferredAt least 2 years in distribution center environmentAbility to read, analyze, and interpret written instruction.
