00 on W2 (or) $95,000/ Annually on Full-time Role: SharePoint Administrator Role Description: The SharePoint Administrator would need to have at least 5 years of experience.

This Candidate would be involved in the day-to-day administration of the SharePoint environment, installation, and ongoing configuration of SharePoint, and Capacity Planning of the SharePoint environment in accordance with the growth of the enterprise.

Responsibilities: - Administering and managing the SharePoint farm and databases.

- Develops, maintains, and enforces SharePoint taxonomy and governance policies.

- Ensure the integrity and security of SharePoint data in accordance with business needs and industry best-practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.

- Perform and test routine SharePoint back ups and restores.

- Perform upgrades and patches to the SharePoint environment.

- Develop, document, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for SharePoint administration and appropriate use. - Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Experience/ Skills: - Strong working technical knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and SQL server.

- Extensive application support experience with SharePoint (MOSS 2007 specifically).

- Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience.

- Have thorough understanding of the core infrastructure (Operating System, Web Server, SQL, Active Directory, and DR).

- Must be knowledgeable of additional enterprise infrastructure (Security, Network, Database etc.).- Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.

- Strong organization and communication skills; must clearly communicate technical issues and resolutions to customer/clients, other departments and senior management.

- Strong writing and documentation skills.

- Working knowledge of Data Network Technologies, Enterprise Storage Technologies, (SAN, NAS etc), Server Consolidation Technologies, Server Virtualization Technologies, and Disaster Recovery Technologies.

- In depth working knowledge of complex computing management systems including System Administration, Performance Monitoring, Problem Management, Change Management, Records Management, and Disaster Prevention and Recovery.

- Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem solving skills.

- Demonstrated record of delivering quality customer service.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a production SharePoint Administrator.

- MCTS: SharePoint or equivalent technical certification is preferred.

- 2-4 years of experience of designing, implementing, and managing corporate SharePoint enterprise systems.

- Experience in a high growth, fast paced environment.

- Network: Required File Server experience.

- Databases: Required MS SQL Server experience.

- Office/Email: Desired MS Exchange experience.
