Settlement Processor Job in Baltimore 21236, Maryland US
Settlement Processor Join an industry leader! Sage Title Group has an immediate opening for an experienced Settlement Processor in our Baltimore region.
Duties include preparing HUD-1 forms in accordance with federal, state and county laws; ordering title searches, surveys, payoffs, lien releases, and other items required by the contract; clearing titles; preparing insurance binders and title documents; and miscellaneous administrative functions.
This position requires at least 3 years experience as a Settlement Processor.
Ideal candidates will have excellent telephone skills, oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
Must have strong computer skills and accurate data entry skills.
Successful candidates should be detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment, work well with deadlines, and able to multi-task.
Must be a team player with a strong customer service attitude.
