Service Office Manager Job in Southampton 11968, New York US
About Us: J.
Tortorella Pools is a high end custom gunite pool builder located in Southampton and Hampton Bays NY. Requirements: 4 year bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum 2+ years in both customer service and management positions.
Excellent administrative skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven record of leadership and the ability to motivate employees Working knowledge of emotional intelligence and self management skills Duties: Provides oversight and direction to office staff Maintains all office systems and procedures Establishes and implements standards of execution Analyzes information and produces summary reports Develops and maintains a team of outstanding office personnel through selecting the best applicants, providing continual training, coaching and feedback Achieves financial objectives by managing overtime and supply expenditures.
Salary/Wage Range: Wage will be based upon experience.
