POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS: Designs, plans & implements enterprise wide system solutionsManages & maintains systems and softwareSupports server software/hardware & related applications and systemsDesigns systems that proactively monitor health & performance of systems and infrastructureImplements tools to provide analytic trend analysis, capacity planning & performance dataAssists in standardized design of new & existing processes & policiesDocuments existing systems architecture & technology portfolioResearches & recommends emerging technologies to increase cost effectiveness, system ability & future expandabilityActs as a liaison between IT management & remote branches/techniciansKnowledge of Microsoft & Linux Technologies, networking, Ethernet, TCP/IP & remote communicationsUnderstanding & direct experience with Virtualization Techniques & Backup Methods Knowledge of Database System Management functions & SAN Based storage array configuration5 + years experience with administering Enterprise Server EnvironmentsBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field requiredPlease visit www.uline.com/jobs for more information on our benefit package and open jobs.EOE m/f/d/v
