Senior Site Manager Job in CHATTANOOGA 37421, Tennessee US
PSI (www.policy-studies.com), is a rapidly expanding, nationally recognized provider of outsourcing, technology, and consulting services to health and human services organizations.The Senior Site Manager has accountability for one or multiple service delivery sites within child support, employment or health service operations.
Managing total revenue over $5 million and high project complexity, this position is a key member of the service delivery management team.
Responsibilities include:
Delivers financial results for assigned service delivery site(s); meets or exceeds financial metrics for assigned service delivery sites
Drives operational excellence.
Completes up-to-date business process documentation.
Identifies, manages, and executes process improvements that yield efficiencies; meets or exceeds operational metrics.
Ensures operations are aligned with PSIs vision, mission, and values (i.
e., profit, performance and fun).
Is responsible for communication, action plans, and alignment within operations
Recognizes, develops, and promotes talent within site(s).
Drives employee satisfaction, retention and promotions.
Is responsible for the completion of staff development plans and periodic reviews
Implements business and client improvement plans as identified by the client relationship manager (CRM), including client satisfaction and retention.
Ensures contractual metrics are metThe ideal candidate will typically possess the following:
Bachelors degree in a related field
Five (5) years of management experience
Four (4) years of programmatic experience
Financial management ability for multiple site and/or projects (budget, ROI, cash flow) on both a stand-alone and roll-up basis
Ability to strategically analyze disparate data sets and translate into tactical improvement.
Ability to create and implement tactical operational improvement plansTalented individuals with a passion for doing socially useful work are encouraged to apply.
