Senior Secruity Sales Representative Job in San Francisco 94010, California US
Job Responsibilities: SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the direct sale of company products and services by identifying, estimating or coordinating and selling projects so as to meet or exceed his/her Booking and Booked Gross Margin budgets.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty that is given satisfactorily.

Develop new business opportunities
May prepare estimates and take offs
Qualify prospective sales opportunities to determine which opportunities to pursue
Prepare sales proposals
Write specifications
Generate and implement sales presentations
Process and analyze feasibility assessments and/or all bid/contract documents
Develop and implement sales strategies
From time to time assist other departments with project implementation, service activities, collection issues and cash management
Assists in mentoring and coaching other sales employees

The work is sedentary.

EDUCATION:
Four (4) year college degree required or equivalent work experience EXPERIENCE:
Five years related work experience required SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent leadership skills
