Currently, one of our top clients is in search of an exceptional Senior Regional CRA in Chicago, IL for a part-time opportunity.

The Sr. Regional CRA is the liaison between the sponsor company and clinical research sites.

The Sr. Regional CRA is accountable for building and managing site relationships while overseeing study start-up, conduct, and close-out activities across all sites.

Specific accountabilities: Performs job duties independentlyProvides site training and management to ensure high level site performanceIndependently coordinates and performs activities associated with the evaluation, initiation, monitoring and close-out of clinical trialsEnsures ICH/GCP/local regulatory requirements are observedConducts site and study feasibility assessmentsPrimary accountability site selection & qualification within region of responsibility, across all therapeutic areas represented at the sponsor companyEnsures timely collection of study dataManages timelines related to site activities across all study sitesAccountable for the collection and tracking of all site-level information and updates to internal tracking systemsProactively identifies manages and escalates and resolves site issues appropriatelyLeads and/or participates in appropriate team and/or functional meetingsRequirements: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years experience of on-site monitoring experienceEDC experience working with Medidata or InformExperience using CTMSComprehensive knowledge of ICH/GCPsProficient computer skillsAbility to work remotely and open to travel throughout regionExperience working on genetic disease studies is a plusAbility to operate in a cross-cultural and complex matrix environment and coordinate across functions to align objectives and provide consistent feedback and communication is a key success factorExcellent and effective verbal and written communication skills as well as strong organizational skillsEstablishes and maintains collaborative working relationships with site personnel and internal partnersExpert monitoring skills to independently conduct all types of site monitoring visitsProactively identifies, manages, resolves and escalates site and study-wide issues in a timely and appropriate mannerAttention to detail in ensuring timely and accurate collection and maintenance of site level data across all study sitesDue to the precise requirements of this position, we will only be contacting candidates that meet all of the listed criteria.
