Senior Recruiter Job in Rosemont 60018, Illinois US
Required skills: We are looking to hire a senior corporate recruiter to work out of our Rosemont, IL office.
The focus for this position will be full life cycle recruiting for mostly senior level needs within our Financial Services North America Business Unit.
Unique and creative sourcing techniques will be required to identify the difficult to find skill sets for a lot of the positions we are looking to fill.
This position will work closely with Capgemini managers following corporate policies and procedures to fill open job requisitions with external candidates.
Required Skills:
Strong experience recruiting candidates with expertise in consulting services within Insurance, Banking and Capital Markets industries.
8 plus years of technical recruiting experience
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
Needs to have the ability to manage a number of assignments simultaneously
Posses strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
