As our NYC Metro operation continues to grow, SunGard Consulting Services (SCS) is seeking a few highly skilled Project Mangers to join our Financial Services practice.
In this role, you will be directly involved in both project delivery and account management.
You will lead a project management team that will drive day-to-day project management activities and be responsible for structuring and executing project approaches that deliver on client objectives.

Progression inside our organization will enable you to be responsible for developing strategies and tactics for penetrating new accounts and cross selling to established accountsPosition Requirements: Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess established track records in the delivery of technology solutions for large, complex, engagements (2+ years and $1+ million in contract value).
Candidates must have a solid Financial Services background including one of the following: Broker/Dealer, Trading Systems, Asset Management, Investment, Corporate and Wholesale Banking, Risk Management and/or Alternative Investment Strategies.
Demonstrated leadership skills, particularly with highly diverse teams.
In-depth knowledge of Information Systems/Business Consulting Methodologies.
Develop a Senior Executive Presence possess an interest and passion towards engaging the imagination of Senior Level (ie CEO, CIO, COO) executives in grasping and enabling the fundamentals of business change through consulting solutions.
Minimum of 8+ years of business experience and/or related previous experience at a top ranked consulting firm.
Excellent communication (both written and verbal), presentation and facilitation skills.
Creative, enthusiastic and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Ideal candidate will have training and experience with a formal project management methodology; PMP/PMI, Six Sigma, Agile, SDLC,etc Other Requirements:
Some travel required.
Additional Information: Travel Percentage: 50%
