Senior Project Manager, Supply Chain Job in Atlanta 30301, Georgia US
This position will serve as a key linkage from Coca-Cola Supply to the CCE NABU, CCE BUs, CCNA, and other bottlers for transformational supply chain projects.
The role of the Sr. Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects work plans.
This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of cross functional team members in order to deliver projects according to plan.
The Sr. Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
The Sr. Project Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing project tasks, communications, budgets, and metrics.
Ensures achievement of defined milestones, opportunities, and process consistency across key stakeholders and ownerships.
This particular position will be primarily focused on the implementation of the Value Added facility network across the NA Bottling System.
Consult with and influence senior management at various levels in and across a wide variety of functions.
Develop and coordinate cross-functional project plans and critical paths by utilizing project planning tools (e.
g., MS project, periodic team meetings) in order to ensure timely implementation of CCS initiatives.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Manages and directs all phases of a program from inception to completion, using joint leadership model with 'natural business owner'.
Maintain and update business cases and control logs for all projectsDevelop communication protocol using input from stakeholders, Senior Management and project teams in order to ensure clear understanding of project scope, objectives, performance and changes.
Demonstrate franchise leadership in the execution of System solutions.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within and among project teams.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
Financial analysis to support strategic options and sensitivity analysis for NPV, IRR, Discounted Case Flow, economic analysis, etc.Identification and mitigation of risks to the business caseRequiredBachelors Degree or equivalent work experienceAt least 5 years of project management related workLarge project management experience from ideation through implementationExperience in supply chain operations, planning or distribution & logisticsExperience working effectively with teams outside formal lines of authority to accomplish goalsStrong communication and influence skillsBusiness case development and value tracking experienceEconomic cost/benefit analysisTravel - up to 70%PreferredBachelors Degree in engineering, logistics or Business AdministrationProgram ManagementTHIS POSITION CAN BE LOCATED ANYWHERE IN THE US.PLEASE SUBMIT RESUMES IN WORD OR PDF FORMAT.
