Senior Program Manager Job in Burlington 01803

The Senior Program Manager is the primary day-to-day contact with the client' email marketing staff and is responsible for overall program implementation and success.
The Senior Program Manager manages complex program implementations and is highly proficient in database marketing, including an advanced understanding of database structures, data flow, segmentation, and analysis.
The Senior Program Manager leads cross-functional projects, manages client communications, program QA, and results analysis and contributes in strategic recommendations.
Reporting to the Account Manger, the Senior Program Manager is a subject-matter expert and a significant contributor to team motivation and knowledge sharing.Responsibilities: 1.Client Service -Manages client program implementations, project tracking and client communications-Runs client status calls, producing agendas, status updates and follow-up documentation-Communicates program results, insights and recommendations via weekly reporting and analysis-Quickly identifies problems and escalates to Account Manager, providing solution alternatives-Thoroughly understands the client's KPI's and business objectives and offers program recommendations-Writes SOWs, including accurate pricing estimates for new programs and tracks accordingly-Trains client on e-Dialog tools and applications-Advises clients on best practices and industry trends-Manages multiple client projects simultaneously with solid ability to prioritize and multitask-Responsible for completion of monthly billing spreadsheets-Proven project management skills-Ensure accuracy of all client documentation2.
Team-Contributes to client business reviews and strategy recommendations-Manages cross-functional projects, interacting with client, BSA, project engineering, creative, production, etc.-Shares program knowledge with others in Professional Services-Assists Program Manager(s) with all aspects of managing the client day-to-day relationship3.
Technical Job Skills-Ability to write data briefs based on client program objectives-Strong knowledge of database structures and functions-Ability to easily learn and adapt to online technology-Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel Required Experience-BA/BS degree with strong academic record-4+ years of related full-time work experience, e-mail marketing experience a plus-Familiarity with project management tools-Exceptional project management skills-HTML Experience is a plus-Proven quantitative/analytical skills RESPOND HERE!
