Senior Merchant Product Manager, Baby Job in Seattle 98104, Washington US

The Baby team is seeking an experienced, innovative and customer-focused Senior Merchant Product Manager to join our team.
The Senior Merchant Product Manager will manage the entire portfolio of third-party merchant accounts.
He/she will drive revenue growth, aggressively recruit for the FBA program, drive demand and traffic, conduct regular intensive business analysis and reporting, and manage projects working with our technology teams to build a world class Baby customer experience.
Primary responsibilities will be: Manage a category P&L and develop annual and quarterly category strategic plans.
Conduct business and financial analysis, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.
Drive our day-to-day relationships with large key strategic partners.
Maximize the top-line results of these relationships by ensuring the partners are effectively merchandising their products on Amazon.
com, running promotions, and optimizing their integration.
Develop programs, feature requests, and processes to drive sales across both retail and third-party.
Develop business cases to quantify the opportunities and requirements for new features and enhancements.
Build strong internal relationships with technology and development teams.
Manage content partnerships with external partners and develop a vision for how Amazon’s Baby store will use this content to drive sales Job Qualifications: Interested applicants should be comfortable driving creative solutions in a fast-paced environment, serve as strong advocates for our Baby customers and sellers on Amazon, and should be passionate about Baby and driven to create a best-in-class online shopping experience for customers.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following: 7+ years of account management experience, preferably within an ecommerce companyProven analytical skills and highly comfortable with numbers (includes ability to use tools such as Excel and Access); an understanding of SQL is a strong plusAbility to think both strategically and tacticallyDemonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects Proven track record of taking ownership and driving resultsRelentless customer focusExceptional interpersonal and communication skills and ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environmentAbility to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong writing and speaking skills BA/BS required; MBA preferred
