Senior Manager of Innovation, Breakfast Center of Excellence - Quaker Foods & Snacks Job Job in Chicago, Illinois US

Responsibilities: - Establish ongoing partnerships with innovation agency resources and key stakeholders within Marketing, Research & Development, Sales and Operations and various cross-functional leadership teams.
- Drive multiple teams to take research plans and concepts from inception to launch and through delivery.
- Lead consumer advocacy and brand stewardship for new product launches.
- Continually conduct needs assessments, opportunity identification, and concept development based on research and product knowledge.
Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree.
- 7 years of Marketing experience; Innovation experience a plusPreferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of Innovation experience.
- 3+ years in supervisory or leadership position.
