As a Senior Implementations Manager, you will be responsible for providing professional interaction with Albridge clients to effectively support them through the implementation process.

Simultaneously, you will manage a team of highly motivated Implementations Specialists to deliver new clients successfully on to the Albridge Wealth Reporting Platform.

You will be required to interact with our Client Services Team, Product Development Team, Sales Team, and Production Support Team to manage tickets related to clients in implementations.

Additionally, you will be required to lead a team of Implementation Specialists and delegate all incoming work to the resources on the team.

You will ensure that all Albridge internal support projects assigned to the Implementations Team are scheduled and prioritized with the client facing implementations work.

Additionally, you will be expected to make improvements to the implementations process to improve the customer experience with Albridge.

Your well-honed project coordination skills will be utilized to ensure that all implementations are delivered on time and with the highest quality.

You will need to possess the sense of urgency to escalate internally when revenue impacting events occur in any stage of the implementation.

Your interpersonal skills are critical in this role since you will need to build relationships across the organization to be successful.

By acting as a leader and mentor to the team and exuding role model type of behaviors, you will be accountable for developing their careers.

You will need to create projects related to internal support efforts to help support the Client Services team in their effort to deliver world class service to Albridge clients.

Also, you will support the PMO by becoming part of the delivery process when delivering national financial clients to the Albridge platform.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: A minimum of 3 plus years experience in a management role preferably within the financial services industry Demonstrated ability to lead a team of motivated professionals, including communicating and executing against a clear vision, coaching and mentoring, and performance management resulting in staff advancement and increases in employee satisfaction scores Knowledge of wealth management products which includes understanding how to implement a new client on to a wealth reporting platform Proven experience collaborating with client management and technical teams to meet project deliverables Proven success influencing across and up the management team to drive change, influence prioritization and enforce a culture of continuous improvement Self-starter who will be viewed as a credible implementations expert by combining exceptional problem-resolution and critical thinking skills with a strong ability to represent the teams collective knowledge PNC Global Investment Servicing is committed to offering you a comprehensive and competitive benefits package.
