The Senior Logistics/Inventory Analyst is responsible for analyzing controlling and all movement of Codexis worldwide inventory.
This position will report directly to the Director, Supply Chain and will act as a valuable resource to the Company.

Manage the storage of raw materials, consumables and products in a controlled warehouse and/or freezers.
Analyze the material flow process; define requirements for process and system improvements.
Communicates analysis and recommendations, system changes and issues to relevant users, stakeholders and management.
Track key shipments to CMOs and customers.
Reconcile material stocking position/usage with cross functional departments.
Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define shipping and logistic requirements.
Assist with the implementation of a cycle count program and take leadership role in all Physical Inventories.
Reconcile inventory variances and determine root cause and preventive actions(s).
Ensure the safe segregation and storage of potentially hazardous materials.
Arrange for shipment of temperature sensitive products domestically and internationally.
Work in a team environment Move all material and ensure timely and accurate input into the Great Plains ERP system.
Analyze the stock aging process (E&O) Requirements: BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience Strong problem solving and issue resolution experience is required7+ years in logistics and inventory controlMust have ERP experience (Great Plains a plus)Prior experience dealing with CMOs Ability to work in a team environmentAble to foster a positive and constructive relationship with all levels of the company.
Experience in a process environment is beneficial but not required.
APICS certification a plusExperienced with international shipping (Incoterms) Must be hands onExcellent oral and written communication skills The position comes with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including stock options.
