Locally owned, privately held company looking for a Senior Business Analyst with extensive application development project experience.  This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary and paid overtime!  Generous benefits package includes family medical coverage, vision and dental as well as paid time off, 401K and employee life & accidental death & dismemberment and short/long-term disability coverage.  Successful candidates should have a minimum of 2-5 years of Business Analysis experience working on application development projects.  Business Analysis experience should include: Strong requirements gathering and writing technical and functional specifications – Use Case experience would be terrific! Serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical team members Applying either formal or client specific methodologies such as Rational Unified Process, SDLC, OOAD, etc. Coordinate and document project/release level user acceptance testing.
