Senior Level Business Analyst - Software Development Job in St. Louis 63141, Missouri US
Locally owned, privately held company looking for a Senior Business Analyst with extensive application development project experience.
This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary and paid overtime! Generous benefits package includes family medical coverage, vision and dental as well as paid time off, 401K and employee life & accidental death & dismemberment and short/long-term disability coverage.
Successful candidates should have a minimum of 2-5 years of Business Analysis experience working on application development projects.
Business Analysis experience should include: Strong requirements gathering and writing technical and functional specifications Use Case experience would be terrific! Serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical team members Applying either formal or client specific methodologies such as Rational Unified Process, SDLC, OOAD, etc. Coordinate and document project/release level user acceptance testing.
Prepare and/or present documentation of business/technical presentations.
Ensure timely and accurate communication with project staff throughout the life cycle of the project.
Coordinating software development projects, including participating in the preparation of an overall project plan, incorporating costs and tasks from the various components, ensuring a successful and timely project implementation.
Experience researching client and industry-related business/technical processes and coordinating the implementation of new or revised rules and policies.
