Position: Senior III-V Device Reliability Project LeaderExperience: 5+ yearsLocation: OverseasEducation: MS with PhD preferred Job Responsibilities: · Understand and control fundamental VCSEL fab process issues that contribute to device reliability by appropriate process improvements and specifications.
· Help define and drive a device improvement roadmap that simultaneously moves towards device simplification, the use of common processes, while maintaining fundamental reliability.
Requirements: · PhD in Materials Science, EE, physics or equivalent.
· 5 years experience in semiconductor fabrication, with in-depth understanding of reliability physics and its connection with epi/fab processes.
· VCSEL experience a plus· Strong project management skills.
