Senior Home Care Aide Job in Boston 02122, Massachusetts US
Harbor Health Services is seeking a SENIOR HOME CARE AIDE to join our team at the Elder Service Plan.
The Senior Home Care Aide obtains blood pressures, blood sugars, and weights and documents in medical record, assists Adult Day Health participants with nebulizer treatments, colostomy care and home management related to the comfort, care and safety of a client in their home or assistant living facility.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, Certified Nurse Assistant required, must be able to read, write and speak the English language competently one year experience working with a Geriatric population required.
