Senior Financial Analyst Job in Manhattan, New York US
The ideal candidate will be a growth oriented professional who is looking to be part of a strong team.
Some of the key responsibilities include: -Assisting in the preparation of SEC filings and annual financial statement footnotes -Review of acquition documents and contracts -Working with external auditor during reviews and Sarbanes Oxley testing -Support the External Group Reporting team -Other ad hoc projects and accounting research as required Qualifications required: Bachelor of Science in Accounting or FinanceA minimum of two years of experience in public accounting (preferrably Big 4 or next tier)Strong analytical experience, well organized with sound judgementProficient in Microsoft ExcelAbility to communicate with all levels of managment in various operating companies within the organizationGood time management and organizational skillsCPA, CMA or working towards them
