Senior Financial Analyst: Industry Leading Manufacturer Job in Framingham/Worcester, Massachusetts US

A large, multinational, publicly traded High Tech Manufacturer is seeking an ambitious, results-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join their team and provide financial reporting, accounting and analytical support for one of their largest, fastest growing divisions.

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for: Providing financial support to the Divisional VP of Finance and channel management to facilitate decision-making processes.
Developing and maintaining scenario modeling tools.
Overseeing and preparing the divisions monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Working closely with senior management in the preparation of the quarterly balance sheet reviews.
Providing technical accounting guidance, and researching and responding to technical accounting issues.
Performing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation of the divisions financial statements and reports.
Ensuring the integrity of consolidated financial results and maintaining key business controls.
Performing site audits to ensure effective internal controls are in place and compliant with SOX and GAAP requirements, as well as company accounting policies and procedures.
Driving process improvement and productivity initiatives.
Taking on special projects and generating ad hoc financial analyses as directed.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting is REQUIRED.
Masters degree and/or CPA desired.
7-10 years of experience consisting of a solid audit foundation (ideally from within public accounting), followed by progressive financial analysis, reporting and accounting experience within large, complex, multinational firm.In depth technical accounting knowledge.
Team player with exceptional interpersonal, communication, process improvement, and analytical skills.
Expert level proficiency in Excel is a must.
