Senior Engineer Job in Louisville, Kentucky US
To develop tools and packaging operations systems in support of calendar initiatives to improve store level efficiency, reduce waste and improve operations execution.
Supports FIT Calendar Development, Marketing and Operations Initiatives.
· Liaison with UFPC and Packaging Suppliers to Develop and test reliable packaging that delivers on consumer, operations, and financial hurdles.
· Support margin improvement packaging initiatives.
· Support legislative packaging initiatives.
· Reviewing and identify trends of packaging QA complaints and work with YUM QA to determine action/resolution.
· Provides Industrial Engineering Support (capacity, layout, food safety and optimal process flow) of Marketing Calendar Initiatives.
· Provides BOH system impact for all new products.
MNST Minimum Requirements Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
Industrial Engineering Preferred.
MS/MBA a plus.
