Position Requirements MS Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent, PhD preferred.
Minimum seven years of manufacturing and/or plastics product development and scale-up experience.
Preferably significant experience in both.
Requires strong and varied technical skills to address complex issues ranging from polymer chemistry to plant operation/design to computer systems.
Must have demonstrated interpersonal skills to develop teamwork with numerous groups at all levels
