Senior Customer Service Rep. Job in New Brunswick 08816, New Jersey US
Job Summary: Duties include answering telephone call inquiries and promoting an organization's products.
Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Must have good working knowledge of EDI (Electronic Data Interface).
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Answers phones and talks with customers, receives wholesale orders for input into the Electronic System.
Troubleshoots any customer issuesPulls orders from EDI system for processingProcess, and enters ordersOpens new wholesale accountsFile copies of invoices, mails pinks to repsReview Open Order Report for discrepancies Additional Responsibilities: Continually works to upgrade knowledge and skills.
