Senior Compensation Analyst Job in New York , New York US
Job Description: The Senior Compensation Analyst assumes a lead role in recommending and implementing best practice compensation policies, programs and initiatives, including grading/classification systems, incentive reward and retention programs and related programs.
The incumbent maintains the integrity of salary and HRIS data through careful monitoring of data entry and audits.
She/He audits data for compliance with federal, state and/or federal laws and regulations and Mount Sinai Medical Center's policies and procedures.
The incumbent serves as a mentor to less experienced staff and contributes to the development and deployment of compensation related training programs throughout the organization.
Job Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Industrial Relations or closely related field.
CCP, PHR and/or Masters preferred.
3 years of compensation experience in a similarly large and complex organization.
Hospital or Academic Medical Center experience strongly preferred.
