Thats why were seeking an experienced Senior Catering Manager to oversee our full-service catering department to ensure our customers are consistently served high-quality meals each and every day. If you have a flair for presentation and service, excellent customer service and leadership skills, and the hunger to drive change and impact the future of a high volume catering operation, this is an excellent opportunity for you. As Senior Catering Manager you will be expected to develop new systems to improve catering services as well as refining existing procedures, ensuring we provide catered events efficiently, productively, and consistent with the latest trends in the industry.
Responsibilities include training, scheduling and managing department staff, overseeing the maintenance of controlled storerooms, managing inventory and expenditures, and ensuring compliance with state and federal codes.
Were looking for someone with extensive customer service experience, including experience in the area of high-end food and beverage service.
Our ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree in food and/or nutrition or culinary arts and 5 years related experience and a thorough knowledge of the state and federal codes relevant to the food service industry.
The ability to work flexible hours is a must.
