Senior Consultant - CRMRSM McGladrey is a leading provider of financially focused business services to midsized companies.
Our Philadelphia based Technology Business Solutions practice is seeking a full-time Microsoft Dynamics Sr. CRM consultant to join and grow with our team.
This position will report to our Moorestown, NJ office but could sit out of NJ or in our Blue Bell, PA office.
This individual will support our growing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint consulting practice.
In this role you will be responsible for: · Supporting new and existing customers in Microsoft CRM· Develop reports utilizing SQL Reporting Services · Local Travel required on occasion to client locations Position requirements: - Associates Degree or greater degree required.
- Prior experience with implementing a CRM system in-house or in a consulting position for a client.
Desired/Preferred Work Skills - Previous experience working in a consulting environment - SQL Reporting Services (SRS) is a plus- SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is a plus- Active involvement/Prior experience with the deployment of SharePoint is a plus- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work in a self-directed manner and develop strong working relationships with clients.
- Relevant, hands-on work related experience working in a team environment.
- Experience in working with sales, marketing and/or customer service processes a plus - Desire to learn, grow and exceed expectations.
- Superior organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills, attention to details, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
