Senior C# / WPF Developer / Team Lead Our client, a recognized leader in the healthcare industry and one of Nashville's most respected employers, has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a creative, hard-working Senior level C# / WPF Developer to work as part of a fast-paced team (with the possibility of being the team lead) on cutting edge technologies with the opportunity for superior financial rewards.

The selected candidate will span the entire software lifecycle and will include the analysis, development, configuration, and testing of our clients complex applications.

Additionally, the successful candidate will also be involved in developing coding standards, design and development methodologies, performing design reviews, mentoring associate developers and assisting with work plan development and work estimates.

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: -- 8+ years of successful software development experience-- 4+ years of C# (including .NE

3. 5), SQL Server, and Transact-SQL experience in developing complex applications-- Strong WPF experience required-- Experience handling large volume of data in WPF client and a strong understanding of WPF data-binding, application styling preferred.

-- WinForms experience a big plus-- Multi-Threaded programming experience a big plus-- Must be familiar with Design Patterns and the principles of Object-Oriented Design-- Have a positive and constructive attitude-- Demonstrated communication skills to effectively provide and receive information relative to assigned projects-- Bachelors degree preferred Due to the nature of the position only US Citizens and Green Card holders will be considered for employment.
